Part Time Leasing Consultant

The Woodlands is looking for a competent Part-Time Leasing Consultant to undertake the leasing activities of our 114 unit residential apartment community.
The successful candidate will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants.
Must have a pleasant personality and excellent customer services skills along with the ability to handle a busy leasing office.
Responsibilities Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner Assist in discovering suitable residents Promote unoccupied units through various media and advertising techniques Provide accurate information on the different features of properties Validate application information and references Present leasing terms and close agreements Keep abreast of the property market status Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically Skills Proven working experience as a leasing consultant or sales professional Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations Front Desk and office administration skills Basic understanding of MS Office Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques Customer-focused approach Salary: $18 per hour NOTE: Wages are determined based on the following factors candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity *Please note in an effort to separate us from falsified job ads and other scammers, we only post legitimate job openings on trusted websites and will never ask for sensitive information such as your SSN or your bank details before the on-boarding process takes place.
