Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits - Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience - Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred - Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus - Knowledge of wireless sales or technical sales is advantageous - Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits We offer competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
